Problem Note 42126: SAS® Download Manager might fail if there are problems with proxy ranges

The SAS Download Manager might fail when there are problems with the proxy range configuration on proxy servers. In such a case, the following Download Interrupted error might occur in the foreground:

A corresponding sdw.log file might include a message that is similar to the following example:

SEVERE: Proxy does not support byte ranges! Instead it supports none

An additional sdw.log error might also include a message that is similar to the following example:

SEVERE: Failed to download file 'path to file'\'filename' because we got too few bytes. Wanted 78511236 but got 20850852.
